About The Snug

The Snug is a long office and library room located off the north end of the Palm, featuring a fireplace along the south wall. It was originally a bedroom for Julia and Scott Moseley until the Retreat was added to the structure in the 1940s. Even when it served as a bedroom, the Snug also functioned as a library and was furnished with overstuffed chairs and cushions to promote comfort and study.
